1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) shall be a binding legal document for the Parties, which sets out the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when the Buyer purchases goods from the e- shop.

1.5. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed to be concluded from the moment when the Buyer has created a shopping cart in the e-shop, indicated the delivery address, selected the payment method and read the Terms and Conditions, and clicked on the “Confirm Order” button (see paragraph 5 “Ordering the Goods, Prices, Payment Procedures, Terms”). 1.6. 6. Liability of Buyer and Seller

7.5. The Seller shall not be liable if the Buyer does not receive the information or confirmation messages sent regarding the Internet connection, network disruptions of the e-mail service providers.
8. Return and exchange of goods
8.1. When returning the goods, the buyer must comply with the following conditions:

8.9. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not follow the procedure for returning the goods set out in the article.
8.10. When returning the received wrong product and / or defective product, the Seller undertakes to take back such goods and replace them with similar suitable goods.
8.11. In the event that the Seller does not have goods suitable for replacement, the Buyer shall be refunded the amount paid, excluding the price for delivery.
9. Delivery methods
9.1. Home delivery by courier = 2.99 eur. For order value of 10 euros or more – delivery is FREE within Lithuania. We also send the goods to the countries of the European Union = 20 euros, and deliver them within 5-14 days.
9.2. The Goods shall be delivered to the Buyer in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania within 2-3 working days from the receipt of payment for the goods, and in the EU countries up to 14 working days.
9.3. The Buyer, having chosen the delivery service at the time of ordering, undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
9.4. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer is unable to accept the goods himself and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer shall not have the right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.
9.5. The goods are delivered by the Seller or the Seller’s authorized representative (courier).
9.6. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the descriptions of the goods. These terms are preliminary and do not apply in cases when the required goods are not in the Seller’s warehouse and the Buyer is informed about the shortage of the ordered goods. At the same time, the Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller. TIn this case, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately and agree on the terms of delivery.
9.7. In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for violation of the terms of delivery of goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the control of the Seller.
9.8. In all cases, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the consignment is presented in a sealed or otherwise damaged package, if the consignment contains unsolicited goods or their incorrect quantity, incomplete goods.
9.9. In all cases, if the Buyer notices any damage to the packaging during delivery, he must comment on the delivery document provided by the courier or draw up a separate report on the damage. The Buyer must do this in the presence of a courier. Failure to do so shall release the Seller from liability to the Buyer for any damage to the goods related to packaging damage that the Buyer has not identified in the courier’s delivery document.
9.10. Delivery price for EU countries is 20 Eur.
9.11. Free delivery for order value of 10 Eur or more within Lithuania!
10. Payment methods
10.1. In the e-shop Buyer can buy 24/7.
10.2. The contract comes into force from the moment the Buyer clicks the “Confirm Order” button, and upon receipt of the order, the Seller confirms it – sends a confirmation letter to the e-mail specified by the Buyer.
10.3. Product prices in the e-shop and in the completed order are indicated in euros, including VAT.
10.4. The buyer pays for the goods in one of the following ways: by bank transfer, or the payment system Paysera.
10.5. The buyer undertakes to pay for the goods immediately. Only upon receipt of payment for the goods, the formation of the parcel of goods begins and the term of delivery of the goods begins to count.
11. Final provisions
11.1. These Terms and Conditions of Purchase have been drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. All disputes arising out of the implementation of these Rules shall be settled by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
